2 Minutes walking: You reach the bus-stop for the “Ringbus”. Brings you to the Liftstations and to the “Aquarena” swimming pool.

5 Minutes walking: You reach the centre of Kitzbühel for shopping , entertainment and nightlife.

Approaching our guesthouse by car/motorbike:

At the roundabout by the “Sportpark” you leave the main road and drive towards centre. After passing the firebrigade (Stadtfeuerwehr) you turn right twice. Now you will find us on the left side , first house .
